Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the overall sales process. Oversee the hiring and development of the sales organization.
- May directly supervise or monitor team members on selling and consultative techniques.
- Effectively use knowledge of customer, market and principals to successfully sell principals specific programs and initiatives as well as company objectives and initiatives.
- Work closely with the management teams to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
- Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the team’s client base.
- Involve marketing, technology and sales support as needed to accomplish objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (at least, Business Level) is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work related experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Good analytical skills and report development using both Microsoft products and proprietary software.
- Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures.
- Drive to existing customers, and prospects, to ensure product delivery, which may include lifting/carrying up to 75lbs..
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
