Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and team development
- Oversee sales performance, cost control, and profitability of the store
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the food service industry, preferably in Japanese cuisine
- Experience in quick-service restaurants or full-service restaurants
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Japanese language skills are preferred
- Understanding of Japanese food culture and service standards is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
