Even if we are confident in our abilities to find a great match, there can be many other reasons why the placement doesn’t get filled. For instance; you may decide to cancel the position a few weeks into the search, may find a candidate by yourselves, or decide to promote someone from inside the organization. We take on all the risk and understand all of these situations. Also, it is absolutely fine to work with multiple recruiting agencies other than us.
