A Japanese-affiliated real estate company is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support clients with housing-related services and service apartment management. This position will assist clients throughout their housing experience, including move-in support, utility setup, contract renewals, and issue resolution. The role is also responsible for coordinating with property owners and corporate clients while supporting general administrative operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support clients with housing-related needs, including utility setup, move-in assistance, and resolution of issues during their tenancy.
- Communicate with new and existing clients by phone and web conference, providing guidance and support regarding housing-related matters.
- Manage upcoming contract renewals by following up with clients approximately 90 days before renewal and maintaining accurate client status records in CRM and Excel.
- Coordinate with property owners on behalf of clients and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients.
- Oversee day-to-day service apartment operations and coordinate seminars and other client-support activities.
- Support team members and perform general office administration and other customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic computer skills required for daily administrative and customer management tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
