Relocation Consultant
A Japanese-affiliated real estate services company is seeking a Relocation Consultant to support primarily expatriate clients with their housing and relocation needs. This position will manage the relocation process from pre-move consultations and property searches through contract review and move-in support. The role is also responsible for developing corporate client relationships and supporting business development activities through client visits and seminars.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct pre-relocation consultations with clients to understand housing requirements and relocation needs.
- Assist clients with property searches and viewings while providing guidance on surrounding neighborhoods and local areas.
- Provide relocation information, settling-in assistance, and support throughout the move-in process.
- Build relationships with property owners and management companies, negotiate terms, and review contract details.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients through sales visits and other business development activities.
- Plan and conduct seminars to engage prospective clients and support new business development.
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with basic computer skills.
- Willingness to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License, preferably within the first three months .An existing real estate salesperson license is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, corporate sales, and/or customer service is preferred.
