Relocation Consultant
A Japanese-affiliated relocation services company is seeking a Relocation Consultant to support primarily expatriate clients throughout their relocation and housing process. This position will combine hands-on relocation support with corporate sales activities, including client consultations, property searches, move-in assistance, and relationship building with corporate customers. The role is also responsible for coordinating with property owners and management companies and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients prior to relocation to understand their housing and relocation needs.
- Assist clients with property searches and viewings, while providing guidance on surrounding neighborhoods and local areas.
- Provide relocation information and settle-in support throughout the client’s move-in process.
- Build relationships with property owners and management companies, negotiate terms, and review contract details.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients through sales visits and other business development activities.
- Plan and conduct seminars and related outreach activities to generate potential client opportunities and support additional assignments from management.
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with general computer skills.
- Willingness to obtain a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License, preferably within the first three months. An existing real estate salesperson license is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, corporate sales, and/or customer service is preferred.
