The company provides a broad range of real estate services, including residential and commercial brokerage, sales and purchase support, property management, and relocation-related assistance. This position will oversee day-to-day property operations while supporting property owners, tenants, and investors, particularly clients from Japan.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide post-purchase support and tenant care for investors, particularly those from Japan
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including rent collection, revenue reporting, and owner communications
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate leasing activities for vacant units, including creating property listings and hosting open houses
- Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience; prior work in property management, hospitality, or customer service (hotel, travel, etc.) strongly preferred
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, capable of effective communication across cultures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License after joining the company
