Responsibilities and Duties
・Ensure install activity is monitored and tracked, that escalations occur as needed consistent with accomplishing companies' revenue recognition goals, customer satisfaction and install duration commitments.
・Help sites initiate ramps smoothly and reach revenue recognition goals by supporting activities on-site for limited time periods.
・Main Point of Contact (POC) with headquarter in Japan for install related issues.
・Communicate with factory technical specialists for trouble resolution.
・Coordinate logistics for special tooling and parts.
・Maintain install related documents and check sheets and translation of install related documents
Qualifications
・Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional working level is a must.
・Availability for extensive travel required; 50% of the time or more.
・High level of communications skills –both written and verbal, with particular ability to explain complicated scenarios
・Project management skills
・Knowledge of steppers and scanners preferable.
