Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish a business plan with yearly and monthly objectives and strategies to achieve a given budget
- Establish and maintain a distribution network
- Target, call on, and develop relationships and partnerships with tile distributors, traveling with and educating their sales representatives
- Introduce and successfully initiate company programs and new product introductions
- Delivering activity and revenue reports and expense accounts accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Japanese Fluency is a must.
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and clear record
- Strong interpersonal skills
