Responsibilities and Duties
- Source and identify qualified opportunities through high volume targeted outbound/inbound efforts.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
- Generate and maintain expert knowledge, the automotive services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends.
- Meet and exceed daily KPI's and monthly quota.
- Oversee that the CRM is being utilized and managed effectively.
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is a big plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in the manufacturing field.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability and willingness to be a team player by collaborating and leading by example.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and decisiveness.
- Solid analytical skills, accuracy with numbers and an extraordinary attention to detail.
