Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve incremental business production goals by offering unique, value-added products and services.
- Effectively utilize resources and build client-internal consensus, building a pipeline of add-on product sales and incremental user counts.
- Design and execute account management plans to achieve client retention plans as outlined by executive management.
- Stay abreast of industry updates and standards to assist clients with questions.
- Shepherding projects to completion, collaborating with the right people at the right times internally, as well as on the client side, to make sure that projects move forward.
- Managing and responding to product usage metrics and trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM data regarding clients, opportunities, and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA holders strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a BtoB Sales, Business Development or Account Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and CRM required.
- Highly ethical, adhering to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs during both good and bad times.
- Perform work under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to encourage, guide, and direct others to improve performance.
