Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one month.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment.
- Build an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to company's products and services.
- Ensure project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming and Sales), and vendors.
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges promptly.
- Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in project management in the market research industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot a range of issues in high-pressure situations.
- Attitude to learn quickly and independently in the context of an activity; seek opportunities to deepen learning.
- Willingness to always strive to deliver results by being solution oriented and a team player.
- Excellent communication skill to deliver project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to hand offs to colleagues.
- Availability to cope with change and shifts gears comfortably and effectively.
- Willingness to pursue his or her work with energy, drive, and a need to finish.
