Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate leads through buyer enablement, and take productive dialogue with the purchasing team.
- Convert the idea to a customer and steadfast commitment to the vision of the product.
- Deliver sales using a broad portfolio of strategies that are aligned with the buyer’s needs and your knack for situational fluency.
- Help buyers make sense of this fast-growing industry, the options available to them, and the provider who is most aligned with their needs.
- Create lasting relationships with customers by understanding territory planning, and making a collaborative approach to cross-team coordination.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent selling experience with a verifiable track record.
- Ability to understand complex software capabilities and translate that into easy-to-comprehend concepts that meet the buyer’s level of sophistication.
- Experience in planning and consistently delivering on your sales quota.
- Experience in the B2B Work Tech industry – ideally focused on the mid-market (250-2,500 employee organizations).
- Desire to grow professionally with ongoing educational support.
- Possess an established portfolio of senior-level Human Resources contacts preferred.
- Passion for appreciation in the workplace.
