Responsibilities and Duties
・Work closely with the Sales Manager and all sales personnel to ensure the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Sales Department are met.
・Distribute marketing, sales, and support documentation to sales channels
・Provide basic product and service information required for the greatest immediate and overall outcome
・Identify, research, and resolve problems, logging results and sharing knowledge
・Ensure accurate and timely execution of the data/material received and the ability to ask questions where appropriate.
・Research and analyze to know industry trends, product development, and competitor.
・Identify, test, and quote out new vendors with cost and capabilities top of mind
・Monitor inventory levels and communicate cross-functionally.
・Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.
