Responsibilities and Duties
・Data collection, database input & maintenance, composing reports, generating charts, metrics, & presentations.
・Provide general office support including coordinating calendars, making travel plans, preparing letters, and filing
・Communicate with managers and partners and obtain approval for bills in an organized manner
・Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries
・Accurately review and enter supplier invoices, check request and employee expense reimbursement requests.
・Help with other admin duties such as ordering supplies, phones, mail, etc. when needed.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working level.
・Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of tools (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
・Experience functioning in an environment that requires multitasking and prioritization of tasks
・Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
・Ability to proactively anticipate and identify needs and expectations of leaders, department and integrate into work process
