Responsibilities and Duties
・Collect and inputs daily production data into reports.
・Provide production teams with information regarding inventory.
・Enter purchase orders into the computer system and contact vendors for delivery arrangements.
・Ensure that the flow of paperwork is consistent and completed within specific deadline requirements.
・Communicate all updates and changes to various departments as required.
・To undertake such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Business Level
・Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet).
・Previous related experience is a plus.
・Dependable and team player
・Detailed oriented, able to adjust well to multi-tasking.
