Responsibilities and Duties
・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
・Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
・Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
・Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
・Use appropriate techniques to manage and report changes for project scope, schedule and costs and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
・Manage intake process for new requirements. Facilitate planning meetings for early project requirements gathering.
・Manage multiple project responsibilities with cross-functional teams simultaneously and effectively
・Create process, instructional, and descriptive documentation as appropriate
・Take ownership of projects and help the organization grow
・Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level
・5+ years as an IT project manager preferable.
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
・Prior experience leading a project team to implement IT, POS, or related systems preferable.
