Responsibilities and Duties
・Perform accounting practices such as Processing Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables, Credits/Debits, Posting Sales & Reporting Daily deposits.
· Responsible for preparing journal entries and posting them to the general ledger system.
・Support preparation, analysis, and review of balance sheet and P&L.
・Perform data entry consisting of updating computer records including customer maintenance and other records as assigned.
· Assist with the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing for multiple corporate entities.
· Monitor store-level cash activity on an ongoing basis and assist with the allocation of store-level expenses.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is required.
・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
・Proficiency in computers such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
・Ability to successfully interact and collaborate with all team members professionally and supportively.
・2+ years of relevant experience desirable.
