Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in directing all aspect of game localization and publishing.
- Follow up and reports on project statuses with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a clear understanding of each project status, start to finish.
- Support interdepartmental communications and reporting among content localization, productions, and marketing.
- Support the project team and its members throughout the duration of projects.
- Support the producers make higher level decisions on the projects and directs team members to achieve the goal set for each project.
- Report to management on a weekly basis.
- Organize and lead meetings with developers and licensors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Willing to commit and take responsibility for projects under their supervision.
- Capable of clearly communicating feedback both on the direction of your team and the game as a whole.
- Passionate about gaming and a lifetime learner of game/software development best practices preferebale.
- Must have excellent task-tracking organization.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multitask.
