Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships with clients and vendors.
- Make sales presentations to prospective customers at fairs, shows, exhibits, businesses and residences.
- Complete knowledge of company products and services.
- Identify customer needs; match needs to Company products and services, and overcome customer objections and resistance.
- Negotiate appropriate pricing and adjustment decisions within established guidelines.
- Follow up to ensure new customers are set as requested.
- Meet established sales objectives.
- Communicate front-line conditions and customer problems to managers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in the food industry as a sales representative is a plus.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Flexibility for frequent domestic/international travel including Japan/Europe when Covid situation gets better.
