Responsibilities and Duties
- Write and edit programs for noise reduction and control systems.
- Maintain program revisions and support documentation for internal and customer specified changes.
- Work on special projects as assigned by management.
- Recognize trends in machine performance and ability to make necessary adjustments to maintain stringent part requirements.
- Schedule jobs to achieve on-time delivery, quality and profitability goals.
- Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reductions, processes, quality and productivity
- Partner with internal and external engineering and production teams to generate ideas, design and improvements for current and future test equipment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at Professional Working Level is required.
- Obtain a degree or in the process of obtaining degree in the engineering field.
- Interest in the Automotive industry desired.
- Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), C++ and Microsoft Visual C++.
- Experience in engineering and programming apps or software system is a big plus.
- Abiliy to perform required training in Japan.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, as needed.
