Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage employment activities for all employees, including but not limited to, staffing, training, development, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Recognize good performance and teamwork and provide effective feedback.
- Develop best practices to improve efficiencies, quality, safety and sanitation of the front, middle and back of the house.
- Maintain their standards and ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Create employee schedules, as required by business activity while ensuring that all positions are fully staffed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Limited Working to Native Level
- Previous experience in food & drink service environment is a big plus
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to build relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
- Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday.
