Responsibilities and Duties
・Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including life, medical and dental insurance or annuity.
・Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
・Assist with obtaining underwriting approval, Respond to clients’ questions and complaints, Follow up with clients after policy delivery and claim.
・Contact underwriter or insurance carrier and submit forms to obtain binder coverage
・Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales
Qualifications
・Japanese Fluency - Business to Native Level
・Education level- High school diploma or equivalent
・Experience - Previous sales or customer services experience is preferred, but not required.
・Specific skills - Microsoft windows, Excellent communication skills
・Personal characteristics - Flexibility, Friendly
