Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding business needs and objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity records in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share market and customer feedback with product and marketing teams to support improvements to offerings and messaging.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience in manufacturing or optical equipment is a plus.
- Experience selling to C-level executives; Japanese-English bilingual skills are also a plus.
