Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate company events, including preparation, scheduling, on-site setup, run-of-show management, and day-of execution.
- Manage external vendors such as venues, catering, AV, production, and transportation, serving as the primary contact before and during events.
- Support guest and media communications, including invitations, scheduling, reception, hospitality, and on-site engagement.
- Serve as a communication bridge between visiting executives, client or headquarters representatives, and the internal team.
- Execute creative production tasks based on direction from the creative team, including content creation, revisions, quality control, and final deliverables.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and assist with coordination across creative, vendor, and project stakeholders.
- Travel approximately once per month as needed, including domestic and international travel, to support events, production activities, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in creative production and event planning.
- Strong hands-on skills in content creation, editing, and creative deliverable management.
- Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, and working with external vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and senior executives.
- Fluency in Japanese.
- Experience with photo/video production, digital advertising, social media, global projects, automotive, mobility, technology, hospitality, or VIP/international media events is preferred.
