Responsibilities and Duties
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including progress, quality, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Drive projects from PoC through production deployment while providing direction in uncertain project environments.
- Lead technical discussions around system architecture, LLMs, RAG, data platforms, APIs, backend, frontend, and cloud-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, define MVP scope, and clarify system boundaries.
- Communicate directly with enterprise and OEM clients to manage expectations, scope adjustments, risks, and key decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and accelerate decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or system development.
- Experience in project management, project leadership, or cross-functional project execution.
- Ability to understand, discuss, and guide system architecture and technical design.
- Experience working directly with clients or managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives with a high sense of ownership.
- Experience with AI, LLM, RAG, knowledge systems, search platforms, enterprise systems, data platforms, workflows, automation, automotive, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Japanese language proficiency is considered nice to have
