The role is responsible for serving as a trusted point of contact for tenancy-related matters and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries in Japanese and English via email and phone.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenancy-related matters, including lease renewals, terminations, move-in support, move-out coordination, and general housing inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agents, landlords, and vendors to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client, contract, and housing-related records in internal systems.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewal deadlines, termination notices, and other key timelines, and proactively follow up with clients.
- Prepare and review lease summaries, notices, client communications, and other related documents while escalating complex issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate, relocation, or service industries is preferred.
