Responsibilities and Duties
- Guide, coach and mentor software development engineers.
- Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software development and implementation.
- Prepare system lifecycle management inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with solution delivery.
- Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective internal customers to interpret and comprehend requirements.
- Learn and demonstrate how solutions would add value to the business.
- Get involve in strategic planning to accomplish technical as well as business needs in order to address business leadership requests and vision.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members on a frequent basis to ensure an understanding of the desired automation results.
- Continuing education so as to stay abreast of new and changing innovations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working required.
- PMP Certificate is a big plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience of IT system development project management, preferably in the banking area.
- A leader who can influence stakeholders both with written and oral communication skills.
- Possess solid problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment.
