Responsibilities and Duties
- Participates in the creation and design of solutions, procedures and business processes that meet business, customer and technology requirements.
- Leadership and delivery of IT consulting services to financial clients including IT Organizational and Legal Reviews, Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management consulting, IT Strategic Planning, Compliance Impact Assessments, etc.
- Delivery includes understanding the end-user requirements, gathering data, interviewing clients, facilitating workshops, prioritizing recommendations, developing reports, performing presentations, and defending ideas.
- Work closely with the senior members of clients' leadership teams such as CEO, CFO Human Resources, and IT team.
- Develop and maintain working method documentation and best practice examples to support business stakeholders in development processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working level is a must.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a closely-related field desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in system development or in-depth knowledge of the complex banking systems (preferably, Cash Management System) is a must.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies.
- Knowledge of organizational theory, management structure best practices, IT industry trends and directions.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and written & verbal communication skills
