Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote open innovation initiatives through partnerships with researchers, alliance partners, and external institutions.
- Support business development and new technology evaluation aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.
- Assist with sales and marketing coordination across group entities.
- Provide shared service support (finance, legal, HR, and internal control) to affiliated companies.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to strengthen collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English is a must.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or corporate operations.
- Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
- Experience supporting cross-border projects or multi-entity operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create business cases and assess feasibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
