Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as a bridge between Japan and the U.S. by providing Japanese–English interpretation during client and internal meetings.
- Prepare clear and accurate meeting minutes to ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Japanese expatriates and U.S. colleagues to support cross-border business activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- There may be opportunities to transition into technical or engineering-related responsibilities within the company in the future.
Qualifications
- Japanese–English bilingual with professional fluency in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related) is preferred.
- Valid U.S. work authorization. (STEM OPT eligible)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a global corporate environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively as part of a team.
