Responsibilities and Duties
-
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including hiring, scheduling, and training employees. Ensure that all staff members provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor. Enforce company policies to ensure consistency and compliance.Perform minor administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is a must / Fliency in Japanese or Spanish is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent shift management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Ability to lead by example while motivating staff to achieve their best performance.
- Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges swiftly.
