Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve sales goals through market penetration and by partnering with internal teams to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
- Actively pursue OEM prospects and leads in the development of new business opportunities.
- Develop opportunities to promote the organization to new customers in order to meet strategic growth objectives
- Direct OEM contacts periodically, in order to prioritize key business and sales needs that will impact program and product development.
- Monitor industry developments and conduct periodic competitive benchmarking.
- Identify trends, commonalties, gaps and solutions in customer lifecycle management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with medical device marketing strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience with interventional medical devices/procedures, particularly in the vision and dental industry, a plus.
- Medical device marketing experience in international markets a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and customer databases.
