Responsibilities and Duties
- Market and analyze customer needs to generate sales opportunities
- Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize technical knowledge to support sales efforts
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at Professional Working is idal.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Willing to travel to meet customers when necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
