Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers’ needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our fitness equipment products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills..
- Passionate in the fitness/health industry and willing to act as a brand ambassador.
