Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the inquiries regarding quality documentation and product claims from the customers
- Handle customer service complaints, products complaints, and customer requests.
- Assist in ensuring that all products are compliant with food safety and quality regulations.
- Participate in product testing and refinement, based on inputs from the R&D teams.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting ingredients based on quality, cost, and compliance with food standards.t.
- Provide support during negotiations with manufacturing contractors, helping to prepare documents, presentations, and other negotiation materials.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to explore and source new ingredients for product development,
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field, or equivalent ability.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- 6 months of experience in a related field is required.
- Must be able to stay proactive and cooperative working in a small team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
