Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
 - Efficiently manage incoming inquiries from our website, by providing brief and detailed responses to new or potential clients.
 - Manage and develop existing accounts, and identify opportunities for sales growth.
 - Reactivate dormant clients by understanding their needs, providing them with our essential services, and re-establishing strong connections with them.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services.
 - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
 - Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities.
 
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Market research industry sales.
 - Extensive experience in selling B2B services to clients in the US region.
 - Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
 - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 - Willingness to travel within the US region as required.
