Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and maintain customer relationships as well as identify opportunities to deliver margin and revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of customer relationships, increasing and maintaining operators’ satisfaction by ensuring that all the requests and needs are met according to highest company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers establishing trust and credibility
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met.
- Contribute new ideas on improving company offerings by proactively sharing knowledge of industry competitors, product & market developments with the business.
- Ensure after-sales coordination: hold regular calls or meetings with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate on their needs
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese at business level is must.
- Experience as an account manager or in sales, preferably in B2C/Retail industry.
- Proactive and ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with a strategic and commercial minds.
- Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy, and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Strong business acumen, specifically in written communication and explanation of important details.
