Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support and coordination for Sales Department.
- Ensure that all internal documents are available and order reprints as needed.
- Prepare documents for customers timely and efficiently and send out in a timely manner
- Display a professional manner and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the Department.
- Answer Sales Department phones, check voicemails, maintain interoffice files, maintain calendars, and accurately enter data into online programs
- Prepare reports, sales call lists, awards, certificates, flyers, and other documents as needed.
- Work under daily deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and customer service.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at conversational level and in English at native level is a must.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
