Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain a positive workplace within a manufacturing environment that promotes safety, quality, trust, and teamwork.
- Purchase materials and chemicals along with inventory control.
- Maintain machinery on a daily basis.
- Utilize new ideas to create new products to expand the market.
- Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of production supervisory experience in a Food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, FIFO/LIFO, HACCP & GMP guidelines.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email.
- Knowledge of Asian/Japanese food is a big plus.
- Bilingual (English, Spanish, Japanese) skill desirable.
- Willing to work in production facility environment – loud ambient equipment/machinery, operation of equipment/machinery.
- Phisically able to carry, lift, push, pull up to 40lbs.
