Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and keep up-to-date project plans throughout the lifecycle of a project, including resources and timelines.
- Establish or contribute to the establishment of a statement of work that manages project scope among key stakeholders.
- Plan project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application.
- Conduct design/implementation reviews and react quickly to problems as they arise.
- Proactively communicate issues, status, risks, and needs to all internal and external stakeholders critical to a project’s success.
- Other related duties assigned such as J/E translation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Native to Business Level is a must.
- Working knowledge of the website and application development process and platforms.
- Proficiency with related software tools and platforms.
- Experience managing, maintaining and communicating project timelines and milestones.
- Consistently demonstrates enthusiasm, creative problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay up-to-date on new technologies and approaches.
