Responsibilities and Duties
・Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies across social, remarketing, affiliate programs, content marketing and other online channels
・Gather data and analyze program performance regularly for the marketing campaigns managed, and develop members and make recommendations for how to improve performance.
・Collaborate with the Creative team to develop content and assets to support the execution of marketing strategies such as website, email.
・Partner with the Customer Success team to create a positive user experience and cultivate positive reviews and social proof
・Create communications plans to execute across all channels (print advertising, digital, video, SEO, content marketing, social, web, industry events, field locations, and more)
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Knowledge of eCommerce business, SNS, digital marketing and customer online experience.
・Project management collaborating with the creative team and advertising agency experience is a plus.
・High level of comfort with data, reporting and analytics with a strong understanding of Google and overall site analytics.
・Experience in tracking and measuring marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
