Responsibilities and Duties
・Organizing and managing the essential activities of our accounts and making strategic plans to drive significant growth.
・Oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research and product search rankings including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking.
・Leveraging and developing next generation tactics for product merchandising and development.
・Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through marketplace tools
・Review customer feedback and marketplace beauty products, updating processes as needed.
・Analyze reports, present findings and provide recommendations for areas of growth.
・Monitor offers and competing products from online retail competitors.
・Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned.
Qualifications
◆MUST：
・Comprehensive sales and marketing experience in E-commerce.
・Data analysis experience.
◆PREFERABLE：
・Japanese Fluency - Business Level
・Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets.
・Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
・Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload within a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
・Comfortable working within a Japanese culture environment.
・Motivated, self-starter, organized, and effective communicator.
・Excellent team player as well as independently.
・Ability to talk to people at trade shows/stalls.
・Enthusiastic about beauty products.
・Willing to communicate with people.
