Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and workplace environment.
- Support company policy administration and internal document control.
- Assist with HR and labor management tasks.
- Coordinate shareholder and board of directors’ meeting support.
- Serve as a liaison with external parties, including government offices and vendors; manage incoming mail and phone communications.
- Prepare and process company forms, applications, and official documentation.
- Coordinate IT-related requests and access procedures, working as the bridge between staff and the internal IT team.
Qualifications
- Business-level English proficiency (Japanese language ability preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior experience in administration, HR, or IT coordination roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
