Responsibilities and Duties
- Propose and sell advertising and integrated marketing campaigns to client companies.
- Manage projects across various media types including TV commercials, music videos, TV shows, films, and web content.
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans and oversee production to ensure goals are met.
- Lead and coordinate creative teams and staff both in Japan and abroad to successfully deliver projects.
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English (equivalent to TOEFL score of 100 or higher)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, production, or marketing roles at major advertising or PR agencies, with comprehensive involvement from planning through presentation to production management
- At least 5 years of solution-based sales experience at large sales or consulting firms
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
