We are seeking a visionary CTO to spearhead the launch of new business initiatives in the US market and lead both technology operations and development.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and drive the technology strategy for the IoT platform.
- Lead the launch and oversee all technical aspects of new services tailored to the US local market.
- Manage and supervise platform development and operational teams to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
- Provide leadership for AI-centered product development and guide the technical team to innovate and deliver impact.
- Develop and update a technology roadmap aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends.
- Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance no-code development environments and AI-driven automation features.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance and reliability frameworks; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to align technical enablement with business goals.
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, capable of effective communication across cultures.
- Proven experience managing AI-driven product development, particularly in planning, developing, and operating AI-centric solutions.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with IoT platforms, cloud-based services, and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management and project leadership.
- Proactive in adopting and mastering new technologies; motivated to drive innovative business development.
- Highly self-driven and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
