Responsibilities and Duties
- Event Management Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and management of B2C events, aiming to increase sales and enhance brand awareness through events.
- Client Relations and Strategy Implementation: Set objectives and goals for events and develop/execute plans based on them, sharing them with relevant parties.
- Reporting and Coordination: Conduct market research and regularly monitor competitors and prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals,
and other documentation. - Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in event management, event planning, or strategy planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the above for more than 3 years in the related fields
- Experience in marketing and promotion is a plus
- Fluency in Japanese - Conversational to Professional Working level.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.
