Responsibilities and Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, invoices, customer records, and invoice return data in the company database.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building trust with customers.
- Answer customer questions regarding product features, benefits, and procedures
- Arrange release and/or shipping based on sales information in the system..
- Coordinates with shipping companies and warehouses for deliveries.
- Serve as liaison between the general manager and other departments as directed.
- Other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native level is required.
- Preferred 1-3 years experience in an office as a related role.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a high-paced team environment.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
