Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve/ grow revenue for our present & new clients within the US region.
- Manage, support, and develop the team of sales people and project managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services.
- Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Market research industry sales (managerial role is preferred).
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ people.
- Extensive experience in selling B2B services to clients in the US region.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the US region as required.
