Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze and translate customer requirements into detailed designs to solve complex business problems.
- Design, architect and create the documentation for the entire system down to the details to meet team and clients' needs. P.
- Code entire software solutions to solve current problems, identify and fix issues within their areas of expertise.
- Provide regular progress reports on open tasks including time to completion and troubles encountered on the way.
- Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Adopt established best practices while contributing to the definition of the engineering lifecycle as well as the definition of best practices
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is required.
- 3+years of experience developing and implementing commercial software, preferably custom-facing software solutions.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field with demonstrated ability
- Ability to work on and produce effective solutions with minimal hand holding in a highly collaborative agile environment
- Proficient in Java, C#, Microsoft SQL, or Oracle SQL, JSP (preferred) or ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps, GitHub, Power BI, Power Apps and etc.
- Multi-task under strict deadlines while having multiple priorities at one time.
